Privacy

If you use the appointment request form, you send us your name and phone number, what you drive and what it's doing or what it needs, and, if you choose, your email address and when suits you. It comes to us by email so we can get back to you. Formspree delivers the form and keeps a copy of each request in its records. We use your details only to answer you and to book your vehicle in. We never sell them, and we never add you to a mailing list without asking.

We count visits so we know which pages are useful. The counts come from Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. For each visit it records the page, the site you came from, your general location (country, region and city), and your type of device and browser. It tells one visitor from another with a code that is thrown away after 24 hours, so nothing links your visits over time. We only ever see the totals, and they're kept for up to a year.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The links to Google Maps, Google and Facebook open those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.

The site is hosted on Vercel by OBdesign, the Salt Spring and Victoria web studio that built it. Neither of us sells or shares your information.
